Errors and Warnings
Explanation
Errors refer to the structure of your timetable.
These occur when your imported timetable structure does not match that of the timetable you have created in iSAMS. For example, more teaching periods may be trying to import than are available and these are left unmatched in the iSAMS timetable when you start to import.
Resolve structure errors before continuing with the import.
This is where a teaching set code in your imported timetable is not recognised in the timetable you have created in iSAMS.
You should not have unmatched data, if you experience more than 2 or 3 problems it is recommended that you start the import process again.
Lessons which have not been assigned to a teacher or staff codes which are not recognised by iSAMS display as a staff warning.
Lessons which have not been assigned to a room or room codes which are not recognised by iSAMS display as a room warning.
The Timetable Import Overview panel at the bottom of the Import Timetable - Version 2 screen provides an overview of the quality of your import.
Check details in the overview panel once you have resolved any errors and problems with your import.
