The Import Timetable - Version 2 screen is displayed once you have imported your timetable into the Timetable Manager module:
- After resolving errors and warnings, check the Timetable Import Overview panel to review the quality of your import:
This quality review of your import helps you to decide whether to continue with the import or start the process again. - Select Continue, once you are satisfied with the import.
iSAMS finishes the import and the following screen is displayed: - Select Finish. The Current Timetable screen is displayed for your imported timetable.
Your imported timetable is now displayed as a tab in the module and is listed in Manage Timetables. - You are now ready to review the lessons in your timetable. The following options are available in each timetable tab:
- Timetable Issues and Warnings. Missing period times and lessons with no teacher, room, form or set allocated are displayed in this option. It is important to resolve timetable issues and warnings as ignoring them can cause inaccurate timetable statistics and potentially leave gaps in student timetables.
- Run Clash Detector. Select a student year group, teacher or room for clashes in their timetable.
- Run Missing Detector. Check that student year groups have the required number of periods in their timetable allocated to lessons.
