Use the Student View tab in Teaching Manager to manage which sets individual students are linked to.
Choose to view the Student View tab for either the current academic year or the development year. The development year is most likely to be the next academic year.
Choose to:
- Add a Student to a Set. Choose to add a student to live teaching sets or build sets which are being developed. Build set lists are useful when you want to use current data for subjects and sets but are not ready to go live.
- Move a Student to Another Set. The new set can either be in the same or an alternative subject. This is useful if students move up a subject set during the academic year.
- Remove a Student from a Set. This is useful if students have been added in error.
- View Student Contact Details.
- Contact students by e-mail or SMS message.
- View a Student Timetable. This is a useful shortcut.
