Use the Configuration tab in the Pastoral Manager module to set up the module to suit your school.
The options available are listed on the right of the screen:
- Reference Data. Maintain the reference data held in drop down lists throughout the module, such as areas of concern and types of life event.
- GIRFEC. Enable the Scottish Government approach to improving outcomes. Schools outside of Scotland may also find it useful to use this function, especially if they add their own areas of concern.
- Pastoral Flag. Enable pastoral flags to be viewed in the Pupil Manager and Registration modules
- Visibility Groups. Manage the groups of users who can view pupil concerns and life events in the module.
- User Permissions. Control the level of module access by selected users and user security profiles.
- Audit Overview. View a log of all actions made in the module.
