Use the Configuration tab in the Pastoral Manager module to enable the GIRFEC function in iSAMS.
GIRFEC (Getting It Right For Every Child) is the Scottish Government approach to improving outcomes and supporting the wellbeing of children. Schools outside of Scotland may also find it useful to use this function.
To enable GIRFEC, follow the steps below:
- Open the Pastoral Manager and select the Configuration tab.
- Select GIRFEC from the right hand menu:
- Select 'Enabled' from the drop down list and click Save.
