Use the Records tab in the Medical Centre module to search for medical records. Use your record search to export records in bulk or select an individual record to view and edit in detail.
When you first open the Records tab select whether to search for pupil or staff records:
Different search filters are available for the pupil and staff record search.
Filters can be combined to refine your search. For example, select 'S' in the Surname filter and 'Reception' in the School Structure filter. This displays pupils with the surname starting with 'S' who are in reception. A count is displayed next to each filter as you select more options:
The filters available for both the pupil and staff search are explained more below:

Use these filters, for example, to search for students in a selected Art set. |
| Activities | Extra curricular activities and clubs. It is possible to search for activities and pupils by status if required. For example, search for a pupil who has left who attended an archived football group. |
