Searching for Medical Records > Search for Medical Records using the Activities Filter

Search for pupil medical records by extra curricular activities and clubs. It is possible to search for activities and pupils by status if required. For example, search for a pupil who has left who attended an archived football group.

Use your record search to export records in bulk or select an individual record to view and update.

To search for pupil medical records:

1. Open the Medical Centre module and select the Records tab:
   
2. Select Pupil Records and click Activities:
   

3. Use the fields in the sections available to filter by:

   • Activity category. The type of club that you want to search, such as 'Football'.
   • Activity status. For example whether the club is 'Current' or 'Archived'.
   • Activity group. The name of the group that you want to search.
   • Pupil status. For example whether the pupils have 'Left'.

   Hold Ctrl to make multiple selections in each filter.

4. Use the other filters available if required.
   A count is displayed next to each filter as you select more options.
   The list of medical records filters as you select more options:
   

   Click to clear any filters currently selected.

5. You are now ready to either:

   • Export the medical records.

   • View selected medical records. Click on a Name to display the record.
     or 

   • Update selected medical records. Click on a Name to display the record.
