Search for pupil medical records using a selection of key fields. For example, choose to search for pupils who have a Medical Alert flagged in their record.
Use your record search to export records in bulk or select an individual record to view and update.
To search for pupil medical records:
- Open the Medical Centre module and select the Records tab:
- Select Pupil Records and click Pupil Search:
- Use the Surname filter to reduce the number of records displayed, this is optional. Click on a letter to list only pupils whose surname starts with that letter.
Use the fields in the sections available to enter search criteria:
Section Search by... Pupil Name Pupil name. Pupil Characteristics - Gender.
- Pupil Status. Select to view pupils who are current, former or applicant.
Advanced Options - SEN Register. Select to view pupils who are on the Special Educational Needs register.
- Medical Alert. Select to view pupils who have been flagged with a medical alert.
A count is displayed next to each filter as you select more options.
Use the other filters available, such as School Structure, if required.

to clear any filters currently selected.You are now ready to either:
View selected medical records. Click on a Name to display the record.
orUpdate selected medical records. Click on a Name to display the record.
