Search for staff medical records using a selection of key fields. For example, choose to search for former female staff.
Use your record search to export records in bulk or select an individual record to view and update.
To search for staff medical records:
- Open the Medical Centre module and select the Records tab:
- Select Staff Records and click Staff Search:
- Use the Surname filter to reduce the number of records displayed, this is optional. Click on a letter to list only staff whose surname starts with that letter.
Use the fields in the sections available to enter search criteria:
SectionSearch by...Staff Name Staff name. Staff Characteristics - Gender.
- System Status. Select to view staff who are current, former or applicant.
A count is displayed next to each filter as you select more options.
Use the other filters available if required.

You are now ready to either:
View selected medical records. Click on a Name to display the record.
orUpdate selected medical records. Click on a Name to display the record.
