A number of tabs and options are available once you have accessed a feeder school record:
The tabs and options available are explained in the tables below:
| Header Bar Tab | Explanation |
|---|---|
Update school address and primary contact details. Use a clear and concise name and code for the school. School codes are not compulsory but are a useful housekeeping tool. | |
| School Structure | Update details about the type of school, such as intake and boarding type. |
| School Groups | Add or remove the school from a school group. School groups are used as a search tool for feeder schools in the Admissions module and the Other Schools module. Group feeder schools with common properties, you can then select groups from the Custom Search screen, this is a useful shortcut. For example, create a group of girls boarding schools and include all feeder schools which match the criteria. Simply select the girls boarding school group when you want to contact all of those schools. |
| Contacts | Add or amend contact details for the school. |
| Notes | Add or amend notes for the school. These notes can only be viewed from the Admissions module or the Other Schools module. Feeder school notes are useful for logging additional information, such as exam arrangements for applicants from the feeder school. |
| School Visits | Add or amend details of any visits between your school and the feeder school. |
