The Admissions Portal is a widget that can be added to your school's main website. Parents can complete application forms in the widget. Application form data is held in the Admissions module and an Applicant record is created once the application is approved by your school registrar.
In order for the Admissions Portal to operate as expected you must run through a number of procedures:
- Request a REST API key.
- Enable the Admissions Portal for use and assign the REST API key to enable application forms in the Admissions Portal.
- Create a Payment Gateway.
- Configure the currency to be used in iSAMS.
- Create a deposit fee.
- Create an application form.
- Embed your selected application form into your school website.
- Manage applications made through your Admissions Portal.
