Use the Run Clash Detector option in the Timetable Manager module to check for lesson clashes on your selected timetable. Clashes maybe imported from your existing timetable or can occur while you are adding lessons or correcting errors in the timetable. You can check for lesson clashes on student, teacher and room timetables with this tool. You can then access timetables directly from the option if you need to edit, delete or hide lessons in timetables.
Clashes on timetables do not stop the module functioning but can cause confusion to students and teaching staff if they are not amended in the timetable.

or - Click on a lesson to hide it. The lesson is only hidden in the timetable selected. Hiding a lesson does not change the lesson anywhere else in the module and the lesson is still listed as a clash in the Clash Detector screen. This is useful if you have one student in a teaching set displaying a clash on their timetable and you do not want change their teaching set. This may occur if a student has extra learning support tutorials.
