Use the Basic Exams tab in an applicant record to log entrance exam results. This is useful for quickly adding basic entrance exam information to an applicant record.
- The Basic Exams tab is only available when enabled in the Configuration tab.
- It is recommended that you use the Exam Results tab to add applicant entrance exam results for consistency.
To log exam details, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select a records tab:
- Search and select an applicant record to work with and select Entrance Exams from the right hand menu.
- Select the Basic Exams tab:
- Click in a field and add results for listed entrance exams.
- In the EAL field indicate whether the applicant uses English as an Additional Language.
- Either:
- Click Save Record to save the new data.
or - Click Reload Record to refresh the record with the last saved data.
- Click Save Record to save the new data.
