Use the Entrance Exam Configuration option to customise the Exams tab to suit your organisation. You can use the fields available to change the tab name and show basic exam options in applicant records. You can also use this screen to disable the Exams tab should it not be required.
To change the settings related to the Exams tab, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select the Configuration tab.
- Select Entrance Exam Configuration from the menu to the right of the screen.
The Entrance Exam Configuration screen is displayed: - Use the drop down list in the Use Entrance Exams field to select whether to enable the Exams tab. Selecting 'No' hides the Exams tab from the Admissions module.
- In the Tab Name field, specify a name for the tab. 'Exams' is specified by default.
- The Entrance Exams Version field is not currently in use.
- Use the drop down list in the Use Basic Exams field to select whether to enable the Basic Exams tab in the Entrance Exams option within applicant records.
- Click Save Configuration when finished. To revert to previously saved settings, click Reload Configuration.
