Using the Security Tab

Use the Security tab in the Pupil Portal Manager module to set up and manage security options for the Pupil Portal.

Use this tab when setting up your Pupil Portal for the first time.

When you select the Security tab, a number of options are available for you in the right hand menu:

Option	Use to...
Manage Portal Users	Set up and manage Pupil Portal user accounts. Restrict Pupil Portal access to authorised users.
Portal SSL Options	Enable SSL security authentication for your Pupil Portal. Secure data connections between users and the Pupil Portal.
Portal Login Report	View details of users who have attempted to log into the Pupil Portal.
