Use the Push Notifications Status option in the Mobile & Tablet Manager to see an overview of push notifications sent to mobile apps. This useful for checking that notifications are being sent as expected.
- Either:
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
or - Select Mobile & Tablet Manager from the module bar if the applet has been configured to display here.
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
Open the Notifications tab and select Push Notifications Status from the right hand menu:
A number of sections are available in this screen to review the usage of notifications in each iSAMS mobile app:Section Explanation Push Gateway Usage (Authorised) Both a quick glance graph and statistics show the number of authorised notification messages sent today, this month and this year. This is useful for reviewing the volume of engagement you are making with app users. Push Gateway Messages (Awaiting Authorisation) Statistics show the number of notification messages awaiting authorisation compiled today, this month and this year. This is useful for quickly checking if messages are waiting to be sent. Module Usage The number of notification messages compiled via Mobile & Tablet Manager. The count is broken down by messages:
- Awaiting to be authorised.
- Which have been rejected for authorisation and not sent.
- Which have been authorised and sent.
This is useful for quickly checking if messages are waiting to be sent.
User Usage The number of notification messages sent by notification users. The count is broken down by messages:
- Awaiting to be authorised.
- Which have been rejected for authorisation and not sent.
- Which have been authorised and sent.

App Usage The number of notification messages sent via each mobile app. The count is broken down by messages:
