Use the Programme Entry Report in the External Exams Manager module to review and check the entries for each programme in an exam cycle. Staff should check the entries and contact the exam administrator if any changes need to be made.
Staff can also use the External Exams wizard in the wizard bar to check exam entries.
To produce a programme entry report:
- Open the External Exams Manager module and select the Entries tab.
- Select Programme Entry Report from the right hand menu to display the Entry Reports window:
- The 'In-Built Report' is preselected in the Reporting Services section and can only be changed by iSAMS HelpDesk.
- Select the exam Cycle that you want to report on.
- Select your preferred Report Format. Recommendations for each format are shown onscreen.
- Select the Candidate Status that you want to report on. Choose from either:
- 'Current'.
- 'Private'. This includes returning candidates.
- 'All' candidates. This is useful if private and returning candidates are sitting exams alongside current candidates.
- In the Programme Options section choose to report on a selected:
- Subject. Selecting a subject shows all candidates entered for options linked to that subject.
or - Programme. Shows all candidates entered for options within the selected programme.
- Subject. Selecting a subject shows all candidates entered for options linked to that subject.
- Use the Order Options section to sort the display of candidates in the report. This is useful if you have a high number of candidates in the report.
- Click Produce Report, an example of the .html report is shown below:
- Scroll through the report to see the entries in each option.
- Choose to print or save the report as required.
- Use the report for staff to check the entries. Any changes can be made by the exam administrator before the EDI files are created to send to exam boards.
