Use the Admissions Visits options in the Marketing tab of the Admissions module to manage any visits that potential applicants and make to your school. The visits listed here can vary from individual interview days to group open days.
Choose to:
- Manage visit categories. Categories need to be setup before you can start using the Admissions Visits options.
- Add a visit. Setup basic details such as the type of visit and date.
- Print visit details. The report you produce includes a list of attendees and itinerary details.
- Manage an attendee list. Mark applicant attendance for admissions visits.
- Manage a visit itinerary. Add and edit Itineraries. View and print itineraries for use on the date of the visit.
- Edit or delete visit details. Edit or delete details of admissions visits to ensure they are kept up to date.
