Activity Overview > Edit the Pupil Groups and Teachers linked to an Event

Edit activity event details in your selected child activity module.

Choose to change the list of pupils and teachers linked to a single group activity event. This is useful if you need to change the lead teacher for a match or want to add another pupil group to the event.

You can also:

• Add subgroups to an event. This is only available for events set up to use subgroups.
• Add and remove individual pupils linked to an event.

To change pupils and teachers:

1. Select a child activity module from the module bar:
   
2. Select the Activity Overview tab and select an Event Overview option from the right hand menu:
   
   The Activity Events Today/Tomorrow/This Week/Next Week/This Month screen is displayed depending on your selection. All of these options work in the same way.
3. Use the filters in the header bar to display the dates that you want to work with:
   
   Select either:
   
   • Day View.
   • Week View.
     or
   • Use the date picker on the right to select a specific date.
   Events with single events and subgroups are identified by different icons:
   •  = single group.
   •  = subgroup.
4. In your selected single group event click either:
   • 
     or
   •  next to any group listed in the event.
   The Edit Event window is displayed:
   

5. Select the Group tab and check the groups that you want to assign to the event. Use the filters to reduce the amount of information displayed if you have a high number of groups set up.

6. Select the Teachers tab and check the teachers that you want to assign to the event. Only teachers linked to the selected groups are listed by default. Check Display All Teachers in the top right of the window to show all teachers.

7. Click Save.
   The revised event is displayed in the Activity Events screen:
