The Useful Timetable Tools option in the Timetable Manager module has three tabs available for re-allocating and synchronising teacher timetables:
- Re-allocate Timetables. Transfer a teacher's timetable to another teacher or transfer teaching sets between teachers. This saves time when editing timetable information.
- Re-allocate Set. Transfer teaching sets between teachers. This is useful if your teachers change teaching sets each academic year.
- Synchronise Subject Timetables. This synchronises information held in the Timetable Manager module and the Teaching Manager module. Do not use the Synchronise Timetables function during a report cycle, as it may cause discrepancies in reports.
