Using the Additional Information Menu

Once you have accessed a school record the Additional Information options are listed on the right. Each option contains different information for the school.

Some fields in the Additional Information options are completed for you from data in pupil records and the Admissions module.

The Additional Information options available are explained below:

Option	Click to...
School's Record	Go back to the School Details tab in a school record.
Applicants Current Pupils Alumni & Former	View details of applicants to your school that are currently attending the selected school. View details of current pupils at your school who have previously attended the selected school. View details of former pupils at your school who are associated with the selected school. For example, former pupils who previously attended or currently attend the selected school. See School Pupil Details.
Communication History	This option is not currently in use.
Documents & Files	Upload correspondence or reports that have not been written in iSAMS. See School Documents and Files.
