Use the Additional Information options in a school record to view details of Applicants, Current Pupils and Former Pupils of your school who are associated with the selected school. For example, you can view details of Applicants to your school who are currently at the selected school and Former Pupils of your school who are currently attending the selected school. These options are useful for quickly accessing contact details of pupils associated with the selected school.
View associated pupils by selecting the relevant option in the Additional Information menu:

The pupil information listed is taken from pupil records and differs depending on the option you select. For example, the Applicants option lists names and admissions statuses for applicants to your school, whereas the Alumni & Former option lists pupil names.
To view and access associated pupil records, follow the steps below:
- In the Other Schools module, select the Other Schools tab.
Search and select a school record to work with.
See Searching for Other Schools for more information on searching for school records. In the Additional Information menu on the right of the screen, select the pupil status, such as Applicants, that you want to view.
A list of pupils associated with the school is displayed:
The pupil information listed is taken from pupil records and differs depending how your Preferences are set. The information listed is explained below:Additional Information Option Information Listed 
Applicants- Surname, Forename (Preferred Name).
- ADM Status. Status of a pupil's admissions application.
- DOB (Age). Pupil's date of birth.
- Age On Entry. Pupil's age at the time of admission.
Current Pupils- Surname, Forename (Preferred Name).
Alumni & Former- Surname, Forename (Preferred Name).
- Choose to either:
- Click on a pupil name to view basic contact details.
or - Toggle between the schools in your selection using the Results menu on the right of the screen.
- Click on a pupil name to view basic contact details.
