You must follow these procedures in order for the notifications function in Mobile & Tablet Manager to operate as expected:
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel from the module bar and select the Feature Previewing applet:
- Ensure that the Status for 'Push Notifications' is set to 'Yes' and click Save Feature Previewing.
- Open the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet and select the Notifications tab.
- Select Notification Configuration from the right hand menu:
- Select 'Yes' in Use Push Notifications for notifications to work as expected.
- Select 'Yes' in Use Debugging for debugging to work as expected.
- Click Save Configuration.
- Check that users have downloaded mobile app that they want to use.
- You can now start using notifications.
