Manage Banned Devices (App Devices)

Use the Manage Banned Devices option to view and manage devices you have banned from iSAMS. Banned devices are blocked from accessing all iSAMS apps they are linked to.

View the applications linked to user devices and unban or delete banned devices.

To use the Manage Banned Devices option, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet from iSAMS Control Panel.
2. Select an app tab at the top of the screen:
   
3. Select the  Manage Banned Devices option from the menu to the right of the screen:
   
   The Manage Banned Devices screen is displayed:
4. Now choose to:

• • Allow access to a banned device. Use this to un-ban a user's device from iSAMS.
  • Delete a banned device from iSAMS. Use this to permanently remove all information of a user's device from your iSAMS system
  • Delete all banned devices. Use this to permanently remove all information of all banned devices from iSAMS.
