Changing Calendar Preferences

Use the Calendar tab in My Preferences to control the information which is displayed when using the Calendar Manager module or My Calendar.

To set calendar preferences:

1. Click My Options in the top toolbar:
   
2. Select My Preferences from the menu displayed.
   The iSAMS Preferences window is displayed:
   
3. Select the Calendar tab:
   
4. Select which calendar is opened first in My Calendar.
   Either:
   
   • Click on your selected calendar in Calendar Defaults.
     or
   • Hold down the Ctrl key and click on multiple Calendars.
5. Click on the checkboxes to select the Display Settings fields that you want to display in calendars.
6. Click Save & Close.
   The iSAMS Framework - loading screen is briefly displayed.
   Your Desktop is displayed with any changes you have made.
