Use the Room Configurations option in the External Exams Manager module to delete an exam room which has been added in error.
This is only possible if a room has not been allocated as an exam location.
To delete an exam room:
- Open the External Exams Manager module and select the Timetables tab.
Select Room Configurations from the right hand menu to display the Room Configurations screen:
- Use the filters to search for the room that you want to work with:
- Select the room that you want to work with from the right hand menu:
- Click Delete Room Configuration.
You are prompted Are you sure you want to delete this room configuration? - Click Yes.
The room is removed from Room Configurations.
