Using the Exams Tab

Use the Exams tab in the Admissions module to set up and manage entrance exams used in your school's admissions process. For example, set up entrance exam programmes and add exam papers to them. You can view exam papers that applicants have been entered into.

Available options are categorised into sections, work through these options from the right hand menu:

Section	Option/Explanation
Entrance Exam Overview	Entrance Exam Overview. Quickly view entrance exam statistics, such as the number of entrance exam sessions entered into iSAMS.
Entrance Exam Programmes	Manage Current Programmes. Add additional entrance exam programme and paper details to iSAMS. Manage Archived Programmes. Add previously used entrance exam programme and paper details.
Entrance Exam Candidates	Applicant Candidates. Search and view entrance exam candidates for selected exam sessions.
Entrance Exam Entries	View Programme Entries. View, add and remove candidate entries for entrance exam papers. View Applicant Entries. View, add and remove entrance exam papers that an individual candidate has been entered for. Exam Entry Reports. Create and print reports for entrance exam papers and candidates.
Entrance Exam Timetables	Programme Timetables. View details of scheduled entrance exam papers by exam programme. Applicant Timetables. View details of entrance exam papers that a candidate has been scheduled to sit. Exam Timetable Reports. Generate and print entrance exam timetables.
Entrance Exam Results	Reports Import. Import entrance exam results using iSAMS generated reports that have been completed externally. Results Overview. View a summary of entrance exam papers and publish exam paper results. Programme Results. View, add and edit candidate entrance exam results. Applicant Results. Search for individual entrance exam candidates and view their results for past entrance exam papers. Result Reports. Create and print reports containing results for entrance exam papers and candidates.
Entrance Exam Configuration	Entrance Exam Sessions. Add and modify details for past and upcoming entrance exam sessions. Grading Options. Add and edit grade sets used in scoring entrance exam papers.
