Use the Communications History options in the Marketing tab of the Admissions module to view, manage and print any inbound or outbound communication regarding an applicant. Communication may include letters sent to an applicant family or telephone calls from an applicant's previous school.
Communication history is logged by format:
- Telephone. View, log or delete telephone calls regarding applicants.
- SMS. View a log of SMS messages sent to applicant contacts. You can also delete logged SMS messages.
- Email. View a log of emails sent to applicant contacts. You can also delete logged emails.
- Letters. View a log of letters sent to applicant contacts. You can also view a copy of each letter and delete any logged letters from here.
