Use the View Letter History option in the Marketing tab to:
- View a log of letters sent to applicant contacts.
- Export a copy of a letter. This is useful for keeping a back-up copy of letters.
- Delete a logged letter. Only delete letters which have been added in error, no record is kept of the letter.
View a Log of Letters
View a log of letters sent to applicant contacts.
- Open the Marketing tab in the Admissions module and select View Letter History from the right hand menu.
The View Letter History screen is displayed: - Locate a letter and click the Batch number to display a list of recipients:
- Click Print Batch if you need a hard copy of recipients.
- Display the content of the letter, click a listing in either the:
- Letter Name column.
or - View column.
- Letter Name column.
- Click a listing in the Author column to access details of who sent the letter.
Export a Copy of a Letter
This is useful for keeping a back-up copy of letters.
To export a copy of a letter, follow the steps below:
- Open the Marketing tab in the Admissions module and select View Letter History from the right hand menu.
The View Letter History screen is displayed: - Locate your selected letter and click .
- Open or Save the letter, as required.
Delete a Logged Letter
Only delete letters which have been added in error, no record is kept of the letter.
To delete a logged letter, follow the steps below:
- Open the Marketing tab in the Admissions module and select View Letter History from the right hand menu.
The View Letter History screen is displayed: - Locate the letter that you want to delete and click .
You are prompted Are you sure you want to delete this history? - Select Yes.
The letter is removed from the log.
