Use Manage Message Options in the Mobile & Tablet Manager to manage notification settings. Switch on functions and set defaults to suit you. For example, set a default mobile app to be selected when compiling a new notification.
- Either:
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
or - Select Mobile & Tablet Manager from the module bar if the applet has been configured to display here.
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
Open the Notifications tab and select Manage Message Options from the right hand menu:
Use the sections in the screen to set message options:
Section Field Explanation Editor Options Use Simple Push Editor
Select 'Yes' for Simple Push Messages to work as expected. Use Rich Push Editor This feature is currently still in development. Select 'Yes' to use the Badge function when sending a Simple Push Message.
