- Edit an activity. Change settings for the activity.
- Delete an activity.
View an Activity Module
There are a number of ways of accessing child activity modules from the Activity Manager parent module.
- Open the Activity Manager module and select the Manage Activities tab:
- Either:
- Click Manage Activity in your selected child module.
- Click on the name of the child activity module.
- Select the child activity module from the drop down list in the top right of the screen.
The Activity Manager displays the child module details. The only clear identifier of the child module you have opened is in the drop down in the top right of the screen:
- Using these methods to access child module details may prove confusing as Activities Manager is still displayed at the top of the screen.
- For clarity you may prefer to select the child activity module from the module bar on the left. This method displays the selected child activity title at the top of the screen and a separate tab at the bottom of the screen for each child module you have open.
Delete an Activity
Remove any child activity modules that are not required.
- Use this function with caution. Deleted activities cannot be reinstated. You may prefer to change the Activity Type to 'Past' instead.
- 'Past' activities are those which are not currently used but can be reinstated to 'Current' if required.
- Child activity modules can also be deleted from within the child module. See Delete Activity Type for more details.
To delete an activity:
- Open the Activity Manager module and select the Manage Activities tab:
- Click in your selected child module.
- You are prompted Are you sure you want to delete this activity?
- Select OK.
The activity is removed.
