Use the Manage Timetable Suspensions option in the Cover Manager module to suspend lessons in your timetable. Lessons may need to be temporarily cancelled, due to a school trip or exam. Teachers scheduled for lessons which have been suspended are available to cover other lessons.
Set a Suspension Rating for the module, or for individual teachers, to influence the cover ratings. Teachers of suspended lessons would usually be moved to the top of the 'Free' list, so that they are more likely to be selected for cover.
