Use the Manage Inbound Keywords option in the SMS Gateway to manage the keywords to be identified from inbound messages. Once keywords have been identified, messages can be directed to the right contact within your school.
A 'Catch All' keyword is built in and setup as the default. Any inbound messages that do not include the keywords you create can be picked up and linked to a 'Catch All' workflow. You will need to create a 'Catch All' workflow for inbound messages to be dealt with in this way.
