To run a report in the Registration module, follow the steps below:
- Open the Registration module and select the Reports tab:
- Select a report from the right hand menu. See Running Registration Reports for details on each of the reports listed.
- Click Expand Parameters in the top right of the screen to display the fields available in each of the parameters.
Complete the parameters that you want to apply to your report. Parameters are used to include and exclude information in your report:
Parameter
Use to select...
Date Range
A date range of registration data to include your report. For example, from the beginning of term to date or for a particular week.
Times
The time of the registration sessions to include in your report. Select either a main registration session, AM or PM, or a specific time of a registration session.
Student Filters
A group of students to include in your report. For example, select only Year 3 students.
Student Selector
An individual student to produce a report for.
Ranges
The type of attendance status and the statistical value of the attendance status you want to include in your report. For example, you can select to include students with more than 50% absence marked on their registration records.
Check Include Codes to display registration codes on the report, this is not available in all reports.
Statistics
The report to include statistics, this is optional and is not available in all reports.
Options
How student records are grouped together in the report.
Registration Codes
The registration codes to include in your report. These will vary according to the report you have chosen to run and are not available in all reports.
Report Format
Your preferred format to view the report:
- Use Web Report if you are printing a report.
- Use Document Report to export data into a Microsoft Word (.doc) document.
- Use Adobe PDF Report to export data into a PDF document.
- Use Excel Report to export data into a Microsoft Excel (.xls) document.
Click Run Report in the top left of the screen.
Your report is downloaded. Choose to save or view it as required, an example is shown below:
