Changing Other Schools Preferences

Use the Other Schools tab in My Preferences to control the data that is displayed when you're working in the Other Schools module. You can make the information shown as detailed or as limited as you wish by how you use this tab. For example, choose to display the an applicant's date of birth when they are viewed in the Other Schools module.

To set other schools preferences:

1. Click My Options in the top toolbar:
   
2. Select My Preferences from the menu displayed.
   The iSAMS Preferences window is displayed:
   
3. Select the Other Schools tab:
   
4. Click on the check boxes to select the Applicant Fields that you want to display in the Other Schools module.
5. Click on the check boxes to select the Current Pupil Fields that you want to display in the Other Schools module.
6. Click on the check boxes to select the Former Pupil Fields that you want to display in the Other Schools module.
7. Click Save & Close.
   The iSAMS Framework - loading screen is briefly displayed.
   Your Desktop is displayed with any changes you have made.
