Use the Manage Models tab in the Tracking Manager Module to create and manage Tracking Models. An example of the Manage Models screen is shown below:
Tracking Models are used to compile results and reports from other modules in iSAMS. Analyse the compiled information to monitor the academic performance and progress of pupils.
An example of a Tracking Model is shown below:
Organise your Tracking Models into Tracking Folders with access properties to suit you. For example, setup a Tracking Folder for each 'Year Group' that 'Heads of Year' can access. Compile Tracking Models for each 'Form Group' within each 'Year Group' Tracking Folder.
Once you have setup Tracking Folders a number of functions are available for you to manage them. See Setting Up Folders in Manage Models for more information.
To start using Tracking Models
Follow the steps below:
1. Setup My Model Preferences. These are the display and download preferences for the Manage Models tab.
2. Create a Tracking Folder. Setup the name and access permissions for your Tracking Folder.
3. Create a Tracking Model. Setup the name, properties and publishing options for your Tracking Model.
4. Run Your Tracking Model. Select the pupils and information that you want to compile in your Tracking Model.
Once you have setup Tracking Models a number of functions are available for you to manage them. See Setting Up Tracking Models for more information.
Click in the top left of the Manage Models screen to expand and collapse the Models Sidebar. You might prefer this to be collapsed to increase the display of Tracking Models on your screen. |
