Use the Stock tab in the Medical Centre module to manage and distribute inventory and medication stock levels across various locations in your school.
For example, add paracetamol stocks to the 'Health centre' and then redistribute some of the paracetamol stock to the 'Nurses room'.
Use the filters available in the Stock Manage screen to view stock levels by type, item and location:
Choose to:
- Add stock. Add either medication or inventory items to stock. Inventory items are non medication items such as crutches or bandages.
- Distribute stock. Move stock between different locations in your school. Stocks must be available in a location before they can be allocated to patients.
- Reduce stock levels. This is useful when you need to destroy out of date medication.
