Use the Pupils tab in My Preferences to control the information that is displayed when you are using the Pupil Manager module. For example, choose how pupil names are displayed.
To set pupil preferences:
- Click My Options in the top toolbar:
- Select My Preferences from the menu displayed.
The iSAMS Preferences window is displayed:
- Select the Pupils tab:
- Select your preferred Start-up Section from the drop down list. Choose to display current,admissions or former pupils first when you load the Pupil Manager module.
- Select your preferred Name Display from the drop down list in the Search Results settings field.
- Use the checkboxes in the Search Result Settings section to select your preferred display of pupil names.
- Select your Default Page Size from the drop down list. This indicates the number of pupils shown per page in the Pupil Manager module.
Use the checkboxes in the Current Fields section to select the current pupil fields that you want to display in the Pupil Manager module.
PP Status in Current Pupil Fields and Admissions Fields indicates the Parent Portal Status of a pupil.
- Use the checkboxes in the Admissions Fields section to select the pupil admissions fields that you want to display in the Pupil Manager module.
- Click Save & Close.
The iSAMS Framework - loading screen is briefly displayed.
Your Desktop is displayed with any changes you have made.
