Three options are listed under Candidate Reports in the External Exams Manager module. All the options listed work in the same way.

Current pupils can also view their candidate number and UCI number in the Pupil Portal if data has been linked from the External Exams Manager module.
To run a candidate report:
- Open the External Exams Manager module and select the Candidates tab.
- Select a Candidate Reports option from the right hand menu. The Candidate Reports or Report Wizard is displayed (depending on the option you have selected). An example is shown below:
- The 'In-Built Report' is pre-selected in the Reporting Services section and cannot be changed.
- Select the Report Format. Recommendations for each format are shown onscreen. A limited number of formats are available for the Candidate Labels report.
- Select the Candidate Status that you want to report on, choose from either 'Current' or 'Private', 'Private' includes returning candidates. The Candidate Labels report also gives the option of selecting 'All' candidates, this is useful if private and returning candidates are sitting exams alongside current candidates.
- Choose the students that you want to include in the report (these sections are displayed in the Filter Options tab for Candidate Labels).
Either:- Enter the name of a specific student in the Single Student section.
or - Select a year group, form, boarding or academic house in the Student Groups/Pupil Group section.
- Enter the name of a specific student in the Single Student section.
- Click Produce Report.
- Choose to print or save the report as required.
