Each time an API key is used it is listed in View Batch API Requests. An example of the API Requests screen is shown below (this screen is the same for all API options):
To view batch API logs, follow the steps below:
- In the API Services Manager select View Batch API Logs. This is listed under Batch API Management in the right hand menu.
- Use the functions available on the screen to:
- View API key properties and usage.
- View API key request details.
- Delete batch API key request logs.
- Re-run an API key request. This reprocesses the request and displays the XML of the request. This is useful for confirming the API request action.
