Check that component software, such as Excel, used within iSAMS is working correctly alongside the Cover Manager module.
- Open the Cover Manager module and select the Configuration tab.
- Select the Component Harness option in the right hand menu:
A traffic light key indicates if each component is working. - Check this if you unable to view timetables in your selected format from the wizard bar.
- Contact the Help Desk if any of the components are listed as not installed or not working correctly.
