Use the SMS Gateway Configuration option to set up the SMS Gateway for use. You can also enter the applet Administrator's contact details here.
To open SMS Gateway Configuration:
- Select the iSAMS Control Panel from the left hand menu.
- Select the SMS Gateway listed within the applets available.
- Select SMS Gateway Configuration from the right hand menu to display this screen:
- Select 'Yes' in the Use SMS Gateway field to enable the applet for use.
- The SMS Gateway Package field is configured by iSAMS Support. The package listed here determines the volume of messages that can be sent out, the cost of messages, etc.
- Enter SMS Gateway Administrator name and contact details.
- Click Save Configuration.
Do not use the Reset Gateway Configuration button displayed on the Reset tab. This resets the entire applet.
