Pupil Portal Core Features > Setting Up Discipline Options

Use the Features tab in the Pupil Portal Manager module to set up the My Discipline Record feature for use in the Pupil Portal:

Pupils can use My Discipline Record to view their detention records in the Pupil Portal.

The detention information listed in the Pupil Portal is closely linked with the Detentions module.

To enable discipline records to be accessible in the Pupil Portal, follow the steps below:

1. In the Pupil Portal Manager module, select the Features tab.
2. Select  Discipline Options from the right hand menu.
   The Discipline Options screen is displayed:
   
3. In the Discipline Status field, select 'Open' to allow pupils to view their discipline records in the Pupil Portal.
4. Click Save Options when finished.
