Pupil Portal Core Features > Setting Up Timetable Options

Use the Features tab in the Pupil Portal Manager module to set up the My Timetable feature for use in the Pupil Portal:

Pupils can use My Timetable to view and print a copy of their school timetable for the current academic year. Pupils can then keep a track of upcoming classes and tutorials.

The school timetable information displayed in the Pupil Portal is closely linked to the Timetable Manager module.

To enable pupils to view their school timetable in the Pupil Portal, follow the steps below:

1. In the Pupil Portal Manager module, select the Features tab.
2. Select Timetable Options from the right hand menu.
   The Timetable Options screen is displayed:
   
3. In the Timetable Status field, select 'Open' from the drop down list to enable the school timetable function for use.
4. Click Save Options when finished.
