Using the Applicants Tab

Use the Applicants tab in the Pupil Manager module to manage applicant records.

Choose to:

• Add an applicant.
• Import applicant records.
• Search applicant records.
• Update an applicant's record status.
• Use the pink drop down list to access functions such as contacting parents and printing labels.
• Add to and update applicant records.
• Generate reports of applicant information.
• Manage letter and e-mail templates.
• Generate statistics reports.
