View Parent Portal Feedback

Use the Current Status tab in the Parent Portal Manager module to view portal-related feedback from parent users. You can then contact users regarding their feedback directly using the Parent Feedback option.

To view feedback regarding the Parent Portal, follow the steps below:

1. In the Parent Portal Manager module, select the Current Status tab.
2. Either:
   
   • Select the User Feedback tab from the header bar.
     or
   • Select Parent Feedback from the right-hand menu.
   The Parent Portal Feedback screen is displayed:
   Feedback is listed alongside the sender's name, contact e-mail address and timestamp.
3. Choose to:
   
   • Click  to send an e-mail reply to the listed portal user.
   • Click  by the listed feedback you wish to delete.
   • Click  in the header bar to show up-to-date information.
