The following buttons are available at the top of the My Network Space Module screen to carry out general tasks:

Refresh | Refresh all file and folder details displayed, for the folder currently selected in the Tree Panel. |
Feedback or Bug | Provide feedback and report bugs. We appreciate your feedback; if you have any suggestions about how we can improve the My Network Space module, please let us know. If you experience a problem with the software, send us details; we can then research the issue and rectify it as necessary. |
Online Help | Launch the My Network Space help centre which explains how to get the most out of the My Network Space Module and provides instructions for the day-to-day tasks you carry out. |
About My Network Space | Display technical information about the My Network Space Module. |
Beneath these, further buttons are available to work with your folders and files:

Hide and show the side panel at the right-hand side of the My Network Space screen. The Side Panel provides help with the screen you're using, and useful links. | |
Move up to the parent folder. Click to move up one level in your folder structure. | |
Delete the file or folder currently highlighted in the main screen area. | |
Copy. Click to copy the items currently highlighted in the main screen area to your My Network Space clipboard. When you paste the items to a new location, they remain intact in the initial location as well. | |
Cut. Click to copy the items currently highlighted in the main screen area to your My Network Space clipboard. When you paste the items to a new location, they are deleted from their current location. | |
Paste. Inserts the items currently held on the clipboard to the folder currently selected. | |
Document, File or Folder properties. Shows general information, such as the size and creation date, for the folder or file currently selected in the main screen area. | |
Choose which panels are displayed. | |
Refresh the file and folder details displayed, for the folder currently selected in the Tree Panel. |
