Medical Centre Audit Log

Use the Audit Log tab in the Medical Centre module to view a log of module activity. This is useful for reviewing any changes that have occurred in patient and stock records.

The Audit Log Overview is displayed when you first open the tab. This screen displays all activity in patient records:

Use the filters to display the activity you want to view, such as pupil vaccination records that have been edited by a selected user.

Use the date filters to display activity between selected dates.

 

Date filters can be used together with the main filters.

Click on an audit record in the Action column to display more detail.

This function is available in all the audit options except for the Stock Audit option.

Select an option from the right hand column to see record or stock activity in more detail.

Here is an example of the Stock Audit. Use this to see the movement of medical stock levels in your school.
