Use the User Information window to contact a user by e-mail, if you wish. This saves time if you want to query a user's actions in iSAMS.
This feature is found throughout iSAMS. Alternatively the Staff Information window maybe displayed offering similar details.
- Click on a username/user/author to view the User Information window:
The user's information and login history is displayed. - Click on the e-mail address listed to contact them.
