Next Detention Tab

The Next Detention tab in Your Desktop displays a list of pupils expected in the Next Detention session:

See Understanding School Contents Tabs for general information displayed in the Next Detention tab. Click Add Student to Detention to open the Detention Wizard and add another student to the detention.

The location, date and time of the detention is displayed under the tab and the following details are displayed for each pupil:

Field	Shows...
	The gender of the pupil in detention.
Students Name	Name of the pupil in the detention.
Offence or Reason	Reason for the detention.
S/D	A single or double detention.
Forms	Form of the pupil in detention.
Boarding House	Boarding house of the pupil in detention.
Year	Year group of the pupil in detention.
	Traffic light system used to denote whether a detention has been authorised. A green traffic light indicates that the item has been authorised, and a red light indicates that it is awaiting authorisation. Your iSAMS Administrator will authorise detentions if the Detention Authorisation System has been setup in iSAMS.
User	The iSAMS user who put the pupil in detention.
